Purchaser acknowledges that the sport of ice skating has physical dangers which may result in serious injury, and assumes all risk of personal injury and/or loss which may result from participation in any/all activities held at ImOn Ice. Purchaser agrees to hold harmless ImOn Ice, VenuWorks of Cedar Rapids L.L.C., the City of Cedar Rapids, its staff, agents, instructors, owners, sponsors, and employees from any liability resulting from injury or loss sustained while participating in any activity in the facility. ALL PROGRAMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER THE INITIATION OF THE FIRST CLASS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
